Dr. iur. Vyacheslav Bihun, LL.M., is a professional lawyer and film-maker. He is a Law & Film Ilko Kucheriv Democracy Fellow at the International Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg (Strasbourg) and Research Fellow at V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv). Until 30 June 2013 he worked as a Registry Lawyer of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. As a lawyer, he was educated in Lviv University, University of Connecticut School of Law and Heidelberg University and received film-making training in the Huston School of Film & Digital Media, Baltic Film and Media School and a Berlin Film School. He authored more than 500 publications
