Elona Guga obtained her PhD in Public Management and Governance at University of Rome Tor Vergata. Deeply moved by the recent global events, her interest is focused in the analysis and impact of the recent and still enduring economic and financial crisis in public management reforms in South Eastern countries. Therefore, her areas of interest are: Public Administration Reforms, Crisis, Collaborative Governance, Fiscal Decentralization, and South Eastern European Countries and EU Enlargement.
