Dr. Rylov is born January 20th in 1936.He took his degree at the Moscow Lomonosov University in 1963.
He worked at the Keldysh Institute of Applied Mathematics from 1964 to 1967 and at the Institute for Space Research from 1968 and 1987
Since 1988 he is working at the Institute for Problems in Mechanics.
