Mario Antonio Alberti, Ph.D., is an independent researcher and lecturer with professional experiences in business and strategic planning, business management, management consulting and programs evaluation in the field of public health care services, UE funds, regional and local development, welfare, IT and education. In several circumstances he has been working by international partnership with various European public bodies. His research interests are mainly focused on Management Control Systems, Business Dynamics, Programs Evaluation by a counterintuitive approach, Public Policy Analysis and changes within the structures of contemporary society.
