Hans Dubois is Research Officer at Eurofound, an Agency of the European Union, providing knowledge in the area of social and work-related policies. He has been managing several research projects, such as ‘Income from work after retirement in the EU’ and is analysing Eurofound’s European Quality of Life Survey for a policy brief on ‘work preferences of people aged 50 ’. Before starting at Eurofound four years ago, Hans was Assistant Professor at Kozminski University in Warsaw. His PhD is in Business Administration and Management, from Bocconi University in Milan, with a research period at the International Centre for Policy Studies in Kiev. Previously he was researcher at the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies in Madrid, and studied Economics and Medical Biology at the University of Amsterdam with semesters at Harvard University and Universidad de Salamanca.
