Dr Roman Wolczuk is an independent scholar who has written extensively on Ukraine, including Ukraine’s Foreign and Security Policy, 1991-2000 (RoutledgeCurzon, 2003) and numerous publications in the world press. His focus has been on Ukraine’s international security in the context of a regionalising world, the subject of his jointly-authored forthcoming book. He is also a frequent commentator in the international media on events in Ukraine and Russia.
