From 2004 working as a lecturer at the University of Szczecin in the Department of Corporate Management, Institute of Management and Investments, Faculty of Economics, and Management. Publications in her ten-year academic career comprises over 100: over 10 chapters in monographs, over 10 articles in national and international journals, and other papers in Polish and foreign languages. She has developed one expert opinion on the regional level as a co-author. Her current academic interests are focussed on issues of regional innovation systems; determinants of R&D activity in enterprises; co-operation processes in R&D projects; national R&D policy; clusters; banking; quality management.
