Marina Tomescu is a senior lecturer at the University of Piteşti, Romania.
Her areas of interest and research are in language for special purposes and terminology.
She has published various articles on medical terminology and translation. She is a member of CCLLDS (Centre for Contemporary Literary, Linguistic, and Didactic Studies) at the University of Piteşti.
