Delia Magdalena Leca is a specialist in German Studies, Associate Professor in the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Department of Economics and International Relations of “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iasi, Romania; she has a rich experience in teaching German, acquired in trainings and teaching mobilities in Romanian and foreign universities.She has authored numerous volumes, studies and publications in the following fields: stylistics-poetics, comparative literature, German teaching methodology and specialized languages, especially the language of economics.She has contributed to the design of the Ongoing Training Programme for teachers of German, and she is a member of the National Work Group for initial and ongoing German teachers’ training, coordinated by the “Goethe” Institute of Bucharest and the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research.She has participated in numerous congresses and conferences in Romania and abroad and she is a member of various national and international societies of specialists in German Studies.
