Felicia Vrânceanu is a PhD in Philology, Lecturer at the Department of Romanian and Classical Philology, “Yuriy Fedkovych” National University, Chernivtsi, Ukraine. She got her PhD degree in Philology at the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iaşi, Romania, in 2005. Her academic and research interests are in the fields of: syntax of the Romanian language, historical linguistics, sociolinguistics, multilingualism and identity, interculturality, semiotics and discourse analysis, rhetoric and speech standards.
