Evgeny Alekseevich Novikov in 1954 graduated from Moscow State University as physicist; Ph.D. in 1961; Doctor Phys-Math. Sciences in 1969. His principal achievements are theory of scale-similarity of random fields, breakdown coefficients and log-periodic modulations; hierarchy of kinetic equations for turbulence; correlation of functionals; stochastization of vortices; quantum modification of general relativity; modeling of consciousness and gravicommunication.
