Estrella Montes López is a research grant holder for a PhD Thesis at the Department of Sociology and Communication, University of Salamanca (Spain). Diploma in Social Work, Bachelor of Sociology and Master in Public Servicesand Social Policies. Her research focuses on the study of organizations, gender relations, women history and the rights of children. On these issues she has several publications and she has made numerous communications in national andinternational conferences, in addition to other spaces such as the European Parliament.
