Raffaele Staglianò, is an assistant professor of finance at Montpellier Business School, member of Montpellier Research in Management (France). His research has been published in such Journals as !Journal of Cleaner Production», «Journal of Business », and «Finance Research Letters». His research focuses on corporate finance and corporate governance. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole, IAE/Centre de Recherche en Management (France).
