Antonio Pasini has worked as a reviewer for «Mathematical Reviews» from 1987 to the end of 2008 and for «Zentralblatt» from 1987 to 1991. He frequently act as a referee, for many journals. Occasionally, he has also worked as a referee for a few publishers.
Pasini belong to the editorial board of «European Journal of Combinatorics» (since 1988), «Advances in Geometry» (since 2001), «Beitraege zur Algebra und Geometrie» (since 1994), «Innovations in Incidence Geometry» (since 2005) and «Ricerche di Matematica» (since 2006). He has also been editor of three volumes: Groups and Geometries (Birkhauser 1998), Topics in Diagram Geometry (volume 12 of Quaderni di Matematica) and Combinatorics of Point-Line Geometries (special issue of European Journal of Combinatorics, vol. 28, 2007).
