Cecilia Pérez Winter is an anthropologist (University of Buenos Aires-UBA/2008) with a specialization in Research and Conservation in Documentary Photography (UBA/2015).
She is PhD. in Social Anthropology (UBA-in progress), with a scholarship of CONICET (National Scientific and Technical Research Council). Her main research subject is the social construction of cultural heritage and tourism in Pampean region-Argentina.
