Roberto Navarrete Alonso

Roberto Navarrete Alonso is research fellow at The Franz Rosenzweig Research Center (The Hebrew University of Jerusalem). He received his Ph.D. in Philosophy from the Autónoma University of Madrid (UAM) in 2013. From 2007 to 2012 he was a research fellow at the UAM and in 2013 he was granted a research fellowship of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) to complete his doctoral thesis at the University of Freiburg.
In the academic year 2016/17 he will join the Department of History of Philosophy at Complutense University of Madrid as Juan de la Cierva-Researcher. Among his many publications stands out his edition of Franz Rosenzweigʼs writings on war (Escritos sobre la guerra, Sígueme, 2015) together with his contributions to first-rate scholarly journals such as “Jahrbuch für Religionsphilosophie” (2016), “Anales del Seminario de Historia de la Filosofía” (2016) or “Rosenzweig- Jahrbuch” (forthcoming).
