Dmitriy Galushko
Candidate of Legal Sciences (PhD), Associate Professor of the Department for theory of state and law, international law and comparative law, Commissioner for international cooperation of the Law Faculty of the Voronezh State University, Russia.Dmitriy Galushko is a Jean Monnet Professor, implementing a module on «EU-Russia Law Approximation — EULAP».
He has been also engaged in a number of international projects: the Tempus project «InterEULawEast - European and International Law Master Programme Development in Eastern Europe»; Erasmus Plus project «HARMONY - Development of approaches to harmonization of comprehensive internationalisation strategies in higher education, research and innovation at EU and Partner Countries»; the 7FP project «EUropean Identity, Cultural Diversity and Political Change» (EuinDepth).
Dr. Galushko lectures and actively researches in areas of International law, EU law, law of Eurasian integration, interaction of International law and national legal systems, problems of internationalisation of higher education.He is an author of more than 60 scientific works, teaching and methodical materials, including monographs: Legal and Institutional foundations of interaction between the European Union and Ireland and International legal problems of personality of states (on the example of Ireland) and textbooks: Law of the European Union and The WTO Legal System.
