Evangeline Quek
Evangeline Quek graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2005. She is admitted in three jurisdictions, Singapore (non-practising), Hong Kong and England & Wales. She has focused on contentious shipping matters since she started her career as a lawyer in Singapore in 2006. In 2008, she moved to Hong Kong with a well-known international law firm. She has been based in Hong Kong since 2008. She joined Stephenson Harwood in 2014. She has considerable experience of court proceedings and arbitrations in Singapore, Hong Kong and England. She also assists clients in managing court proceedings and arbitrations in many other jurisdictions such as the People’s Republic of China, Korea and India. She speaks fluent Chinese and conversational Cantonese. She is a co-author of the Admiralty Chapter ofthe latest edition of Bullen & Leake & Jacob’s Hong Kong Precedents of Pleadings.
