Miso Mudric
Prof Mišo Mudrić is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, with expertise in Maritime Law, Transport Law, Insurance Law, Energy Law and Private Security Services Law. He is author of two monographies: Energy Law Croatia, Alphen aan den Rijn (Kluwer, 2016) and The Professional Salvor's Liability in the Law of Negligence and theDoctrine of Affirmative Damages (Münster: LIT Verlag, 2013). Mišo serves as an arbitrator at the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, domestic and foreign arbitration. He serves as the Secretary General of theCroatian Association of Insurance Law, being a founder of the Association. He is the executive editor of the international scientific and expert journal The International Transport Law Review, Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb. Mišo is a member of the: Croatian MLA
