Elisa Innerhofer (Dr.) is Senior Researcher at the Center for Advanced Studies at Eurac Research in Bolzano. She studied international economics and business studies as well as political science at the University of Innsbruck and the Marquette University in Milwaukee (WI, USA) and holds a PhD in Economics from the Catholic University of Eichstaett-Ingolstadt. Her PhD thesis was on strategic innovation in the hospitality sector: innovation processes and the role of resources and competences. Her research interests include innovation and product development in tourism, the role of culture in regional development, resilient societies and transdisciplinarity.
