Certified public accountant and statutory auditor. He deals with tax law and he has gained experiences working in well established law firms both in the United States and also in Italy. Flavio has a solid experience in the field of domestic and international taxation assisting routinely both Italian and foreign entities on current as well as extraordinary transaction, organizational and operational matters. Co-Founder of BAIA Italia – Business Association Italy America, he contributes to the definition of the vision and strategy of the association. He is the author of several publications relating to taxation, with specific reference to the energy industry taxation. Since 2010 he is co-author of the monthly column “Energy Taxation” in the periodical “Quotidiano Energia” of the Italia Energia publishing group.
