Tomasz Sroka is an assistant professor at the chair of Criminal law at the department of Bioethics and medical law, at the Uniwersytet Jagielloński w Krakowie. In 2010 he completed a judicial pupilage and passed the judge’s examination. In the same year he graduated from copyright, publishing and press law postgraduate studies at the Uniwersytet Jagielloński. On June 2012 he received a PhD title on the basis of a doctoral thesis entitled Criminal responsibility for incorrect medical treatment in the light of file research. At the Uniwersytet Jagielloński he conducts research and didactics in the field of criminal law and medical law. He is the coordinator of the section of medical law of the legal clinic, the secretary of the medical law and bioethics postgraduate studies and he supervises the Jagiellonian University medical law scientific circle. In addition, he is a disciplinary spokesman for students and doctoral students.
