Piero Rovigatti, civil engineer, PhD in Urban and Territorial Planning, is assistant professor at DAU-DART (Department of Architecture and Town Planning; Environment, Network and Territory sector) in Pescara. He coordinated and directed the new Master Plan for the Old Town of Durazzo. He is also a member of the SIU (Società Italia degli Urbanisti), Italian Association of Town Planners, and member of VSP – TO Onlus, non profit association, active in the field of aid to developing countries.
