Zbigniew Formella is Director of the Institute of Psychology of Education, Faculty of Education at the Pontifical Salesian University of Rome. As a Professor of Psychology of Education, has for years been engaged in research and training in the field of psychology topics related to interpersonal communication, the relationship of education, socio-affective relations, the relational and behavioral problems of young people and the psychology of scouting.
