Abilio Rodrigues has a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (2000), a master’s degree in Philosophy from the Rio de Janeiro State University (2002) and a Ph.D. in philosophy from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (2007) with a period as visiting scholar at Brown University, USA. He is Associate Professor at the Federal University of Minas Gerais and Associate Researcher at the State University of Campinas. His areas of interest are Logic and Philosophy of Logic, with emphasis on Intuitionist and Paraconsistent Logic, Philosophy of Language and Frege’s Thought. He is a member of the Brazilian Society of Logic and the Latin American Association of Analytical Philosophy.
