Suzanne Laneru is a mathematical physicist. She did her PhD at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität in Erlangen, Germany, under the supervision of Thomas Thiemann.
She worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in 2015-2017, and she currently are doing a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of New Brunswick, Canada.
Her current research, learning and interests includes constructive/algebraic Quantum Field Theory, especially on curved spacetime or out-of-equilibrium; coarse-graining, refinement and renormalization, especially in gauge-invariant and generally-covariant theories; background-independent (aka. non-perturbative) quantum gravity, especially symmetry-reduction, renormalization, and the semi-classical limit; as well as the foundations of quantum theory (quantization and back, ie. the quantum-to-classical transition)
