Dario Aversa is an economist, researcher and university lecturer, with a multidisciplinary background spanning economics, finance and management.
He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi School of Management and a PhD in Economics and Finance from Sapienza University of Rome.
His research focuses on macroeconomics, climate and sustainable finance, environmental economics and risk analysis, combining traditional quantitative methods with emerging approaches in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Finance.
His work particularly explores the effects of climate change on financial markets and the banking system, physical and transition risks, ESG disclosure, and the use of advanced technologies to analyse economic and financial uncertainty.
His approach combines academic rigour, interdisciplinarity and innovation, based on the view that climate, technological and economic transformations require new analytical frameworks and new tools to understand the future of finance.
