Paolo Valera is a Researcher at the University of Cagliari (from 2006). President of the Associazione Italiana di Geologia Medica (Italian Medical Geology Association). His main research interests are: medical geology, mineral resources and environmental geochemistry, cultural heritage and archaeometallurgy, geothermal energy.
