Amarildo Zane is a PhD candidate and Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM), Toledo campus. He is a member of GROKIS (Group for Research in Organizational Knowledge, Innovation, and Strategy).
His research explores diversity management, workplace diversity, firm internationalization, and strategic management, with a particular focus on how organizations adapt and compete in complex, VUCA environments.
Dr. Zane teaches International Business Management and Strategic and Cooperative Behavior, contributing to both undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
With an international academic background, he holds two master’s degrees: one in International Economics from the University of Bologna and another in Marketing and Business Strategy from UCLM. He regularly presents his research at top-tier international conferences such as EURAM, IFKAD, and EIBA, as well as leading Spanish conferences like ACEDE.
