Dottore di Ricerca (Ph.D.), già borsista post-dottorato (Postdoc.) in Scienze Criminalistiche, è Cultore di Diritto Pubblico Comparato all’Università “Kore” di Enna; Avvocato in Catania. Già docente in masters universitari post-laurea, è autore di oltre quaranta pubblicazioni, edite in Italia dalle più note case editrici e all’estero. È autore di due monografie ed è stato curatore di due opere collettanee. Dirige la Rivista giuridica Vita Forense ed è membro dell’Editorial Board del Mediterranean Journal of Human Rights.
Ph.D. and Postdoc. in Criminalistics Sciences, Expert of Comparative Public Law at the University “Kore” of Enna (Italy), Lawyer. Adjunct Professor in postgraduate masters, is the author of more than forty titles, published in Italy by the best-known publishers and abroad. He was also the editor of monographs and two collective works. He directs the legal magazine Vita Forense. He is member of the Editorial Board of Mediterranean Journal of Human Rights.
