Laura Di Pietro is a PhD students in Quality Management. She is interested in commodity science and TQM topics applied in cultural heritage context, in public and private sector, and in food sector. She is involved in many research projects in the public and cultural sectors. She is part of the NetMuse network and member of the Italian Academy of Commodity Science.
