Lucia Varra has a Ph.D. in “Economics and Business Doctrines and Management”, and she is the Assistant Professor of Organization Studies at the Department of Economics and Management (University of Florence). She studies the following topics: decision-making, learning, innovation, knowledge management, human resources management. Her particular field of research is the tourism sector, with regard to: models and processes of management, service quality and customer satisfaction, decision-making and governance processes of the territory, competitiveness and sustainability of the tourist destinations.
