Arq. Luis Alberto Chacón Manzo is an architect specialized in Urban Design (TecNM, Colima campus) and a Master’s candidate in Sustainable Architecture and Urban Management. He served as a Technical Analyst at the Urban Planning Institute of the Municipality of Colima, where he contributed to urban planning and design initiatives. He has participated in technical studies, spatial analyses, and the development of urban proposals addressing sustainable mobility and the revitalization of public space. His work is oriented toward methodological and evidence-based planning, with particular interest in socio-environmental frameworks for public space management.
