Piotr Podemski
Piotr Podemski studied history and modern languages at the University of Warsaw. He obtained his Ph.D. in 2008 for a dissertation on Fascist youth and education policies Giovinezza. Mlodziez i mit mlodosci w faszystowskich Wloszech, Varsavia, DIG, 2010. Granted fellowships from the Fulbright Commission, the European University Institute and the Italian Government, he has continued his research on 20th century Italy and Italian-American relations as well as politics of memory paradigms in Eastern and Western Europe.
