Greta Martini is a PhD candidate in Education and Psychology at the University of Florence, whereshe conducts research on Narrative Bildung and Educational Agency. Her scholarly work exploresnarrative as an educational infrastructure capable of supporting the development of agency, innerskills, and intercultural awareness among secondary school students. Through Mixed Methodsapproaches and Participatory Action Research, Greta designs pedagogical environments andlearning frameworks in which literary analysis becomes an opportunity to foster wellbeing,reflexivity, and high-quality relationships within the classroom community
